The Amazing Van Der Heyden in Napa Valley.

On a recent business trip to San Francisco we decided to extend our stay and visit the Napa and Sonoma region of California. After checking into our hotel we set out with the intent of getting lost. We made lefts and rights all the time scoping out the little wineries.
after our second stop we stumbled on a real gem of Napa. Van Der Heyden Vineyards, http://www.vanderheydenvineyards.com
The property is defiantly not corporate. For example, their tasting room is like an old shed with character.
So we opened our minds and started to taste the wine. I am not a big fan of whites, but my friend said he “loved this wine”.
Then we tasted the late harvest desert wine, OMG it simply blew the top of my head off in both fullness and flavor.
Well done
